Return & Refund Policy

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to inform to Urjeta Electricals within 48 Hours of product delivery & you have to return the product within 3 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.
After we receive your item / product, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 3 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund. If anything is unclear or you have more questions feel free to contact our customer support team.
Return, Replacement and Refund
All Products ordered from the Website and successfully delivered to the User by the Urjeta Electricals / https://urjeta.com may be returned to Urjeta Electricals in accordance with the terms contained in the respective policy. However no Products will be accepted by the Urjeta Electricals / https://urjeta.com if:
(a) the Products have been damaged by the User
(b) if there is a change in the quality, quantity or other characteristics of the Product
(c) if as per the Seller the product returned is not the Product that was delivered.
In case of returns/Exchange:
1.Return/Exchange should be initiated within 3 days of order delivery.
2.The product / item must be in its original condition with all the packaging including brand/manufacturer’s box/packaging, tags, warranty cards and other accessories intact;
3.The product should be unused and in an undamaged condition.
4.The product / item needs to be returned along with the original packaging.
5.Category – Electronics and Electronics accessories must submit a product unpacking video to request a refund/returns/exchange.
